Behind the Spring ‘08 Photo Shoot

Here’s a sneak peak behind the scenes at our Spring 2008 photo shoot. The shoot was based here in Ventura and was shot by one of our favorite photographers Mike Piscitelli. Mike’s a multi-talented guy and serial entrepreneur who also owns his own clothing line and record label. We felt really lucky to get to work with Mike since he is now working primarily in film. He squeezed our shoot in right before heading to Africa to work on a film for HBO. You can check out his work at www.mikepiscitelli.com.

Our dear friends and neighbors Nanette, Jason and Evan Stowell were kind enough to let us shoot at their fantastic 40’s abode. This creative couple are avid collectors / curators and are gifted with an incredible eye for design, style, and kitsch culture. Chateau Stowell is right around the corner from Karen and Howard’s home and a perfect place to spend the days snapping away.
