Behind the Scenes of our Summer Shoot

Come along and take a peek behind the scenes of our very fun photo shoot / play day. If you’re a fan of parks, crafty cut outs and general playfulness then look no further, we’ve got what you need. We shot right in our own backyard with the very talented Brigitte Sire behind the camera. Her images for this collection, in addition to all her work, turned out beautifully.

Coming up with this summer’s photo shoot inspiration was a walk in the park, literally. We shot it just up the road at Arroyo Verde Park. The bone white trees and grassy hills not only beautify a weekend stroll but they are also the perfect compliment to our bright, playful summer line. We wanted to make this photo shoot, like the cloths really carefree and fun, like the summers we remembered growing up. With that in mind, we bought some fancy hats and kites, made some cut outs and set off to the park, photographers and model in tow, and played a game of dress-up unparalleled to anything we could have imagined as kids.
