Not in New York, it’s okay, we have something green for you too! New Spring styles have been coming into our e-store and that includes the armoire dress and patio dress shown above. Both of these classic dresses are made with silky smooth japanese tencel gauze and trimmed with organic cotton lace. Tencel is a renewable and biodegradable green fabric derived from eucalyptus. To make green greener, all of the tencel we use is harvested from managed forests so as to avoid deforestation and converted into a fiber using a closed loop process that makes sure that any chemicals used are recycled instead of running off into local streams. And, just when you thought it couldn’t get better, this miracle fiber is woven into its heavenly double layered decadence on antique kimono looms. Phew! Did I mention that these dresses are also really really cute?
