Best of 2009

Here at Stewart+Brown we like to think of the New Year as a blank canvas
full of possibilities. We make our resolutions and set our hopes high for
the coming seasons. So as we say goodbye to winter, and hello to spring, we
figured what better time than now to reminisce with our co-workers about the
year that was 2009. And here are our picks in pictures.

The best part of 2009 was opening my eyes and recognizing beauty and inspiration in everyday life -Whimsical flowers, tree strung lanterns and unexpected hearts that make you realize that what the world needs now is love-sweet sweet love!
-Angie

The best part of 2009 for me was spending time with my wonderful grandkids, harvesting fresh produce from my garden and watching the sunflowers bloom in the summertime.
-Barb

I had a blast in 2009. It was my last year to be a kid in college before graduating into the “real world”. I lived life to the fullest and I can’t wait to do the same in 2010–starting off this year with Stewart Brown and learning something new everyday.
-Amy

2009 was a very big year for me! From graduating college to traveling over seas. Woodblock prints, spending time with love of my life, traveling to new places, surfing warm water, photo shoots, meeting good friends, it was one for the books!
-Torrey Jay

Romantic sunsets and sunrises, spending time with my man, fireworks for new years and kitties under Christmas Trees. These all went into making my 2009 a memorable one!
-Emily

Healthy & happy family, good times, beautiful places –always remember what is most important.
-Karen

It seems like an overwhelming amount of things has happened and changed this year. When I think of the best, it’s the consistent and beautiful that I remember, and it isn’t limited to 2009. Happy colors, Kristin, Elizabeth, drawing friendship bracelts, trees and Daft Punk. All things I want to keep in 2010!
-Wyatt

My favorite things about 2009 where vacations with good friends, my rabbit Tofu, bright colors, sewing for fun, hiking, traveling.
